MWC Champion Cougars Add Eight

The defending Mountain West Conference Champion Brigham Young University women's soccer team announced the signing of eight highly talented recruits to join the team and help them bring home a third-straight conference championship.

"This is a tremendous day for the BYU women's soccer program", stated Head Coach Jennifer Rockwood.  "The addition of each of these outstanding young women will greatly enhance the strength of our team and set the course for the future.  We are fortunate that these talented and experienced student-athletes have a desire and enthusiasm to attend BYU."

INDOOR EXTRAVAGANZA

The BYU Women's team participates in a fundraiser every year where they all split up into eight different teams, and they each find men's players, friends, alumni and family to make up there tournament team.  It started at 8:00 PM, and ended around midnight.  It is a great time, where all the hard-core soccer players get together, play some soccer, and have some laughs.  This year the championship game was Whitney Feller/Alyssa Vanderveur vs Andrea Willis/Becca Riddle.  The Willis and Riddle duo pulled off the victory.  It was fun to see everyone, and to hang out and play some soccer.  Good work Riddle and Willis, and your teammates:)
