Well the Cougs, their parents, their coaches, and their staff have all made it to Europe! Of course there have been a few hiccups along the way . . . but that is to be expected! The girls had a tricky time getting here, and actually had their boarding passes dropped . . . but don't worry, they were able to figure it out, after they took all their passports and had to re-book them! Hiccup #1. Hiccup #2 . . . well lets say a lot of or most of the girls got a cute little package that had a toothbrush, and hairbrush, and new white t-shirt in it, because they had lost I think it was 30 bags . . . oopsie! As of right now, all bags have been found except Jennifer Rockwoods bag, we are hoping will come tomorrow! Bless her heart! Hiccup #3 . . . we were split into to groups to go to two different hotels tonight. We dropped off the first group, then drove around the block, thinking it was the other hotel, got off the bus, unloaded some bags, to find out that it really was the same hotel . . . funny! So, then we went to the other hotel, to find out that half of the people had to go back to the first hotel, it was about 12 AM at this point! I have some classic pictures but ya'll will have to wait until I can get them off the camera! We had some good laughs, this hotel, is lit by candlesticks, compared to the other hotel which had fancy flashing, neon lights. . . hope the others enjoy their luxurious stay!
Sweet Candlestick Hotel
Today was awesome! We rode the Jungfrau Railway which tok us through the heart of the mountains to the highest train station in Europe! We could see the mountain giants of Eiger and Monach! It was amazing! Then we of course ate some chocolate, had some laughs about the hotel . . . and now are all nestled in bed, getting ready for another day in our little adventure! Check back tomorrow to see some cool pictures and to see what we are doing in Innsbruck, Austria :)
By the way . . . Interlaken, Switzeland as AMAZING! So, so, so beautiful!
