GAME TIME

The Cougs are home from their first road trip in Baton Rouge, Lousianna.  They came home with a big win over the LSU Tigers! It was a beautiful night, and the Tigers would start off the scoring with 24 minutes left in the half.  The Cougs would answer back with a goal from Colette Jepson-Smith 3 minutes later, assisted by Michelle Murphy.  The Tigers would score again with 12 minutes left in the half, and once again, the Cougs answered back with a goal from Ashley Hatch 1 minute later.  The Cougs and the Tigers would finish the half tied at 2-2. 

Practice before the game

The second half was just as exciting, and the Cougs came out fired up.  Rachel Manning scored an awesome goal at the 20 minute mark, assisted by Elena Medeiros.  Paige Hunt would finish the night off with the 4^th goal with 7 minutes left in the half, assisted by Ashley Hatch and Sarah Chambers.  The girls worked hard and head home to prepare for Utah on Friday, September 6^th! Make sure you get tickets, last game was a sold out crowd of 5,100!!
